Marposs and IoTwins at EMO Milano 2021

EMO is the reference event for operators in the manufacturing industry. The aim of the exhibition is to bring together supply and demand for production systems.

 

Around 700 companies representing 34 countries participated in the event. The presence of foreign exhibitors accounted for about 60% of the total. Among the exhibitors, the most represented countries are Italy, Germany, Taiwan, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, France, South Korea and the United States.  The whole production spectrum – from metal forming to metal cutting, from robotics to automation, from tools to auxiliary accessories, from mechatronics to additive technologies -was presented within the 6 halls, completely set up with stands in the Exhibition Centre of Fieramilano Rho. In the spotlight, there were over 3,500 machines, for a value exceeding half a billion euro.

 

During the exhibition, Marposs presented its digital platform for machine monitoring, developed within the IoTwins project.
