Relive the IoTwins experience at the third edition of the International Triple Helix Summit

3rd Dec 2020

Designing global connected innovative regions: The interactions between Industry, Government and Academia. This was the title of the event organized by Triple Helix Association in collaboration with the University of Bologna and Noema Congressi.

The event was the Third International Summit of 2020 of the International Association that promotes the Triple Helix model and the interactions between the key players of innovative processes: universities and research centers, governments (policy) and enterprises.

In summary, the event hosted four keynote speeches, eighteen panels, five workshops, eleven abstract presentations.

One hundred and sixty-eight presentations were shown in three days of plenary and parallel sessions, and thirty-seven hours of video-recorded content were produced.

Participation was high, with three hundred and fifty-two registered visitors from forty-four countries around the world.

The IoTwins project had an active role: in addition to the promotion of the event through its own channels, on November 26th a dedicated workshop took place with the participation of Francesco Millo (Bonfiglioli), Giuseppe Di Modica (University of Bologna), Fernando Cucchietti (Barcelona Supercomputing Center).
